Job vacancy [Bac Ninh] DFM Engineer

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a 100% Chinese owned company, manufacturing electronics components. 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Project manufacturability evaluation, DFM report writing, shadowing program evaluation, follow up project progress, and cooperate with project manager to complete project landing:

• Responsible for the preparation and organization of DFM reports for large projects.
• Responsible for the formulation of process plans in the new product introduction stage and the compilation and output of related process documents such as process flow charts, fixture equipment lists, process standards, etc.
• Responsible for project masking plan evaluation, masking plan implementation and problem collection and feedback
• According to the project line planning, follow up the site planning and line erection, be responsible for the verification of project equipment, and complete the Buyoff report.
• Collect client test result feedback, analyze the test NG products, and issue FACA report.
• Responsible for following up the entire process of the project Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP stages to summarize and improve.
• Lead the preparation meeting before the new product trial production and the summary meeting after the trial production and output the product trial production summary report.
• As the project leader for small projects, responsible for the formulation of project proofing and verification plans, tracking of proofing results, preparation and follow-up of trial production and mass production documents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Machinery
• Experience in mobile phones, audio products or other consumer electronics products is preferred.
• Experience in projects with major foreign customers such as Apple and Amazon is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in DFM or PE
• Have good experimental design ability, data analysis ability and sudden problem solving ability
• Experience in electrical/electronic/LEDs lightning/electronic circuit boards/nano electronics
• Proficient in English to communicate with customers. Chinese speaking is an advantage.
